Due to high demand at the recent Site Solutions Summit conference,BTC Network will be hosting a video webcast miniseries for the BTC Webinar Series called “Building and Rebuilding a Research Site in the year 2020.”  Based on feedback from our recent presentation we have outlined core topics to cover, and will be covering areas of interest in a weekly video podcast starting January 2018. This series is for everyone, including experienced and novice Investigators, owners, managers, marketing specialists, and those with a forward-thinking vision. Over the next several weeks, we will be reconstructing a standard research institution from the ground up in order to transform a site into a premier clinic of the future.

Some of the major points we will cover include:

  • Financial tracking and how crucial it is to understand your ongoing revenues
  • Cash flow and bottom line
  • How to maximize patient populations within your focused study areas
  • Enhancements to site operations and technology
  • How to land more competitive studies

In this first session at 1pm(EST) on Thursday, November 9, we will do a brief overview of several different topics and gather your questions for future sessions.  Starting January 2018, we will delve into each topic in extensive detail, providing real examples, handouts, and tools that will help you build a research site of the future.
